Can't join gcftw and it says 0/22 are online

Is there a problem with the l4d2 gcftw server? It says nobody is on it 0/22 but I can't join with a "Steam validation rejected" error. Can anyone help? Please see attached image.

Steam Pipe stuff, etc. Until Valve finishes what they are doing there's gonna be dead servers. See the status thingy JC posted on the forums front page (right hand side)

I tryed to connect after the 0/20 thing (some minutes ago) and i cant join for some reason and the little message says something about "10 tryes"

 

Do i need an update or something?

Looks full again. Probably wouldn't hurt to update though. This Steam update was pretty substantial; at least on the server side.

I reached out to NFO support about the problem and the fix they suggested solved the STEAM Validation Rejected error.

 

It's happened where the server is full, but someone cannot connect. Usually it's a bad hop from your ISP to the server somewhere so if that's the case for anyone, usually it's good to do a tracert to see if a bad hop is the issue.

Btw i checked and everything seems to be up to date (steam/l4d2). I will try to log later cause its 22/22 rite now @@
