VivaLaBrandon October 9, 2015 Share VivaLaBrandon Member October 9, 2015 Any chance we can get an option for 5 members to do !voteskip, similar to the scramble thing. Would be nice to have as some finales kill the server, especially late at night.
PeanutButterNJelly October 9, 2015 Share PeanutButterNJelly GC Alumni October 9, 2015 We have specific rules on when an admin can put up a !voteskip. Generally we want the campaigns to be played out to the end, unless one team can not win AND the general consensus of the losing team is asking for a skipvote. I agree though that certain finales will empty a server. We can certainly discuss options on this however and we can always discuss changes to our rules/guidelines. VivaLaBrandon October 9, 2015 Author Share VivaLaBrandon Member October 9, 2015 Yea really I'm just asking for more leeway as even though its still possible to win, some people will still want to skip. It's really only a problem late at night as if someone leaves they will probably not be coming back.
Vilkys October 13, 2015 Share Vilkys Member October 13, 2015 I'd like to see this implemented, admin aren't available all the time.

san` October 13, 2015 Share san` GC Alumni October 13, 2015 Thought about this a bit and now I don't know that it'd even be possible. With sourcemod, there are certain flags that allow a player access to server commands. For instance - members have flags for reserve slot and member/admin chat. Admins have a flag allowing root access. Now, people can have a flag to start votes, but once that vote passes I'm not sure if the following command to skip could be accessible without admin privileges. It's not a bad idea, I'm just not sure how feasible it is.
