Not sure if it qualifies as an exploit, but "Bambi's place" has a "floor" made up of barbed wire where the hitbox extends above the model and through a floor above it. Unkind.

 

It's a High External Wood Wall placed under a stone floor. I may not be explaining it well, but basically, it's a normal looking stone floor that you take damage from whenever you move, and you can't jump. Put a low wall around it (that you can jump over to get INTO the kill zone) and it's basically unescapable.

 

Is this allowed?

I am well aware of that set up and have used it myself in the past.  It  is a trap base.   Deemed acceptable.  There are also other types of trap bases.
