Semper Fi

Rofl well thanx guys but..I have been in college for 4 years now (this is my 4th) and I am living in something that is more closely related to a fraternity. By that I mean its the same basic concept except its not a fraternity. Its called Christian Campus House.......and 15 guys get to share one 756K DSL connection......which means very slow internet at high traffic times.

Yea throughout the semester I will probably keep trying at random times so there may be small instances almost ghost like apparitions of me in the server. Anyway I do really hope to come back.

Well guys this stinks. It seems as though the place where I am staying over the school year doesnt have an internet connection good enough to play Source. I can see the server and it pings at 50 but if I join my ping jumps up to 500-2000 so I dont see anyway I can play Source at school. So its been fun I hope to be able to come back and play again when i move somewhere that has a decent internet but until then you probably wont see me. Its been fun.

I admit to do what some people call "yelling" at my teammates. I do hope I dont com eover as being arrogant. But there are times when after you team has been losing the last 7 rounds straight and every one of those round they rushed the same spot and did the same things and died in the same way. Somehow I do not understand and refuse to acknowledge the fact that alot of people either dont or just refuse to learn from their mistakes. 8 games in a row with CTs rushing dd on Dust2 and all dying every round (save a couple smart ones) I sort of have a mental breakdown as my image of people as supposedly being the smartest thing on this planet we call earth begins to break down and I realize that sometimes some people just dont match those standards. Oh well its got me a nickname from GirlGamer...heheheh

I agree with the stout blade arguement. Although I would like a shotgun and a nice rifle with explosive rounds to back me up definately a Katana would be the highest priority on my list of weapons to get. I mean sure you can shoot em alot but you dont have to worry about running out of ammo with your katana. And if you have the skills it wouldnt take too long to take down a good 100 zombies. And if you could create some kind of attack from the blade that was ranged (like u see in anime) then who needs a gun? Heh just swing and watch them all fall in a nice little line. I mean just look at Onimusha he doesnt get a gun till later and he does just fine......... what a strange topic

Hey guys I just tried to log on to Midwest scopeless and when I did up popped this little message saying that I was banned. ??? I am a little confused on this one since I wasnt banned on Wednesday at 1:30 AM which is the last time I played CS (been spending my time with moving into my room for the school year and hanging out with friends and GF). I decided to try CS:S from my new location just to get a feel for the latency when it said that I have been banned. I was not banned during the hours I was playing so I couldnt even begin to tell you who did it or how it happened. Anyway could I please be unbanned or at least told the reason as to why I have been banned? Thanx P.S. Name is Semper*Fi and steam is STEAM_0:1:6805538 I hope this all gets sorted out I love playing on the GC servers.

Hate to say it Decoy but the second I looked at the email i knew it had to be fake. #1 reason is that the dollar amount is typed as 800,00 and not 800.00 a common mistake when typing fast. And emails like that are automated so there would be no mistake like that unless it was on every email u got from paypal (which im certain it isnt). However I am very very happy u avoided the scam through another means of detective work. Although if I were you I woulda led him on more and not tell him you were on to him. That way the FBI would have a better chance of catching him. But in the end you made a good choice and I am glad you didnt get swindled.

Bah you shoulda heard what Anon said last time we played. He coulda sworn I was gunning for him only. It was funny I would be rushed by like 5 Ts and I would kill only one and it would always be him. ROFL

Bah I remember that last one. It was very lame I was typing just trying to get my team to move from that one spot but they refused....so I decided to go ahead and start moving again...just to find out they both of my teammates were blocking me from moving and I was against a wall. I was stuck in between em and then boom anon came and well you can see what happened. It was very sad.

Everyone does realize this guy is probably not coming back or reading the posts. So why do u keep talking to him as if he is here? Oh well I do have to agree with the rules. I love this server because of the rules it has. Other servers that even have similar rules have more of a porblem enforcing them then you do here at GC and I like that.

Man it bogs down my machine and I have a geforce 6800GT...well by bgos down I mean I can only run a constant 36 fps instead of the 60-128 I normally run....on full graphics.

Sorry to hear that norg. U are quite teh fun guy to be with. I know I am new to this gaming community but its been a blast so far. I will be praying for ya. Hope you can make it to the server soon so that we might be able to battle it out some more.

I did say i was an admin. Back in CS 1.5 (i believe I mentioned that). And I have not figured out how to change it to a custom in CS:S. I have only been playing for about 2 months max since my 2 years of quitting CS. So yea it is entirely possible to not know how to change to a custom spray.

Very well then do whatever you believe to be best. I do not nor have I ever done that. And since I never sprayed a spray paint in that entire game to begin with. Well whatever. I dont know who u saw (i never said U didnt see it but I know it wasnt me). Do whatever u think is best. I only hope sincerely that you dont ban too many of your players who follow the rules. Else your server might start becoming empty. I guess as long as I know I did nothing wrong that is all that really matters.

Wow I would really wish you folks would listen to me. Do you honestly believe I am the ONLY person playing CS:S in the entire gaming community with the name Semper Fi. Actually I have run into at least 5 other Semper Fi's or close facimilies within only my last 2 months of playing. Whether you believe what I say or not well I guess that is up to you. And although I would hate to have to find another fun server to play on I can do that as well. I am not hooked on CS as I used to be so I could really care less. The only thing I do enjoy is the fact that it is a good server where I can have some fun. Being awesome isnt required. And it has good rules that I both Obey and enjoy having such as no swearing and no porn sprays and similar things. Perhaps u didnt read my previous post which would be a terrible error but I will attempt to explain what I said again. I have not nor ever written or purposefully spoken a swear word (unless u include "lame" such as Oh thats lame I got stuck on the ladder"). Please talk to Decoy/Shazz/Acid-Flux/Toka (although he probably hasnt been watching me that much I have just noticed him several times on the server). They have all played with me and have both seen how I play and that I respect the rules. Believe it or not but there are other ppl with the name Semper Fi in CS. I do not nor ever nor do I even currently know how to even GET A CUSTOM SPRAY IMAGE ON MY CS. So please take that into a bit of consideration. Apparently I didnt copy all of my Steam ID well thats my fault. I thought it was just the numbers and the other stuff was meaningless. Shodan before the other day I had never even played with you (at least when u had your admin name on) before in the servers. So to assume you have even relative familiarity with me is baseless. I had never seen u or said "hi" to you or played with you before. I played with you for 5 minutes (or roughly that) and I get kicked and banned. And I got those for apparent violations I did not commit. You even refused to read what one of the other players was writting at the time when he was on your team. There was a CT that asked me about my name and I answered him. He said he usually goes by Semper Fi on that server but tonight he just wasnt. He asked me all kinds of questions about my name and I answered them. Go back and look at the logs if you wish You will see a discussion (although not completely cause he did talk some over the com) between myself and at least 1 other person who was asking me intent questions on my name. And now finally. Here is the part where I get very upset at your supposed accusations. Although I know I did nothing wrong you still accuse me fine. So be it I can live with it. But what I cannot abide by is you saying that I did something I didnt do and because of that I am someone I am not. You say I do not respect the soldiers over in Iraq and other places over sea. You say that you as a Canadian respect these men more than myself. Here is where I am very upset. You have no RIGHT and No PROOF in anything u have just said. You have at best circumstancial evidence that not even the most biased court in the world could convict me with. I respect those men and women overseas far more than you could even possibly understand. I have several friends over there and some have already come back safely. For that I Thank God daily. But for you to assume that I am this person (although a fairly understandable assumption) you have no RIGHT or priviledge in ANY way in regards to this matter. If you dislike this post remember it was you who brought this up. I came looking for a simple "Unbanning and a simple Woops Im sorry had teh wrong guy". I completely understand what it is like to be an admin and I know that people make mistakes. You had some reason to believe I did this fine. But to continue to drag this out as if somehow your lack of evidence is proof of my guilt. Also it seems that you prefer in some ways guilty until proven innocent. I have to say please get off your high horse and listen to what I am saying. I am telling the truth whether you believe it or not. Do you think someone would go to this much trouble to get themselves unbanned from a server that they consistently broke the rules in? I enjoy the server and whatever you decide fine. I can live without visiting your stock server. By no means is it the reason that I live. So do whatever you think is best but remember this. A blade of justice that is not tempered with mercy and forgiveness (both in seeking and receiving) becomes not a blade of justice but instead a terrible thing that eventually leads down the path of destruction and evil. Well not really. Anyway I was playing on midwest stock today in Dust. I was running around and had just gunned down a evil CT when WHAM I am banned. I know the rules of the server (they are just like another server I used to admin before I quit cs 1.5). So I know I did not break any rules of the server. I go into the scopeless server and talk to Decoy. Turns out that I am apparently banned for "using an improper spray". Now I find this very amusing since A) I hadnt used my spray at all that entire game B.) My spray is the target spray that comes with CS:S I still havent figured out how to input my custom spray as of yet. Anyway apparently I was banned for a bad spray by Shodan. He didnt even ask me about the spray or warn me about anything (so that I could defend myself and then prove it). I was just banned straight up. The reason he chose me was apparently because the spray had my name in a corner of it somewhere. (my player name is Semper Fi). So he banned me. Anyway I showed Decoy my spray in the scopeless server and everyone got a big laugh. But I was told to come here and ask to be unbanned.
