Well, for my own part I'm not convinced. Just seems too crazy. Although, it could be a large compilation of lucky and some very skilled shots. It just seems extremely difficult to me for it happen. Then again... I am no CS pro.

Welcome back! Though I don't really deserve to say this since I haven't been very active on the forums even though I joined back in July. But yeah... 56k... I remember when we used to have AOL (when I was like 10) and it tied up the phone line and everything...never played an on-line game with it.

First, I used GCFScape to export the .vtf texture file from the big .gcf file, then I used VTFEdit to convert it to a .tga From there, I just used photoshop to edit the texture, and then I converted it back to a .vtf Are these programs (besides photoshop obviously) Freeware?

It can't be any more evil than high school. Speaking of taxpayers' money... I just read in the Union Tribune here in San Diego that a "Retirement Board" voted for taxpayers to pay the legal expenses of the two board members who were accused of grand larcency and whatnot. Ridiculous.

*** UPDATE *** I've recently found out that I have been accept for the the Navy ROTC scholarship!!! This is a $150,000 scholarship paid by the Navy. Of course this means I have to give them four years (actually 8 years, 4 must be active duty and 4 can be inactive duty) of my life...but for a free ride in college it's well worth it!!!

Same problem seems to be happening on cs_italy on SW #4...when I reverted there just a few minutes ago.

Yeah i've already started to notice some of that with my AP classes. Because the teachers don't remind you daily about project due dates and don't require you to submit those crappy "progress" check things for works (like rough drafts) you really have to get on yourself about doing the work.
