I think from that SS, it can be concluded that people who end up on ATT's routers to A2G are having the problem. Im just glad im not the ONLY one.

pingplotter eh... ive never been into those fandy dancy graphical thingamabobbers. For what it is worth I also during my lag session logged into my Colocated server in cleveland, and ran a traceroute. Where as my laggy dsl went through att.net before getting to aim2game, my colocated box that didnt lag went through cogentco to pccwbtn.net, and didnt have any abnormalities. When i notice the lag again, i will post info from both of those box's on the new thread, as right now, im not lagging that much, so my data wont be usefull in finding the root problem.

Heh, I dont think ive ever had any window open on steam besides the server browser since i installed steam. I forgot that was even there. But on the topic of the article with the pics, besides for the group shot with the logo, all the pics mentioned are dated 2001/1999. Dont get me wrong, Ive been waiting for TF2 as much as anyone, my best times were spent in 2fort4, 2fort5r, well6, sq1, etc etc. Since it does appear official, i will give them that, but im just hoping those pictures arent what it looks like anymore.

I am starting to get upset now. its been a week since it started. and there is no end in sight. If i played 1:00am-3:00pm I wouldnt notice the lag. But unfortunatly I have to play when convienent. I cannot see any signs that point to my setup. only server i found it affects is gc chicago servers, the traceroute shows its close to them, and yet im the only one getting it. Im going to go get drunk since i cant play, and everyone knows i only like to get drunk WHILE playing *edit* wierd error post contained the body of the message twice.

I joined becouse of a terrible lab experiment that had gone wrong, it left me with a hidious figure and some wierd powers. So joining the guild seemed like a logical choice... The guild is helping me find a arch nemesis to battle with too, i hear they have this necromancer lined up, apparently hes been looking for a villian for quite some time.

No, no drop in frames. Just laggy. And for the record, i just got home, and the lag is there again, its the last router right before i reach the chicago servers, like like the traceroute i gave. I know the network that the server is on probably has many paths into it, but why am I the only one who seems to be affected? This is seriously bumming me out.

At work right now, but i logged into my router at home to check the traceroute. 30-50ms right now. Seems good, hopefully it will last so when i get home i can play. However the upside of it lagging for me, i have been meeting people in the west coast server Its pretty sad when a cleveland guy pings better to LA, than to a chicago server, especially when 90% of all my traffic goes through chicago anyways.

Its funny everyone goes to the rock n roll hall of fame when they visit near cleveland, Ive lived here my whole life and i never stepped foot in the building I should have stopped by or something just to say hi. However with my car sucking, i didnt want to risk breaking down. I will definatly be there next year, glad to hear you guys had a great time.

Im looking for a bike, Im either going to get a Suzuki Bandit, nakes of coarse, or convert a DR350 or DRZ400 to supermoto. Two different bikes, but both of them look dead sexy to me. I think the important choice is to make sure no matter what you end up purchasing, Always wear a helmet, and also riding jacket and gloves. Helmets protect your head, but roadrash is also something to worry about, and can be just as damaging. Remember the lesson Roethlesberger taught us, and he was riding a Busa without a helmet!

Yeah bummer, If you cant replace the screen, you could either use it as a low powered server (with its own battery backup!) or take it apart and sell the working parts on ebay. Other people tend to break their power jack connection on the mobo and buy a used board on ebay.

I remember the first time i ever played on a GC server, i checked this site out, and thought you would have to be frickin crazy to pay. But i kept coming back when I realised how bad the other servers could be. Before I knew it, i was considering paying just for the reserve slot. Fast forward a few months to the now. Nice im looking for a dualsport as well. I am saving for a drz400s probably, but i might settle for an older DR650, even though its a little heavier. Right now im rocking a DR350, overbored to 440cc's. but its been ripped apart to be made dirt only and is 16 years old. It jumps fanstasic, but my 230lb of fat tend to make it bottom out sometimes. Me and my ugly bike (too lazy to thumbnail) She may be ugly, but shes mine!
