I went but I was hoping those red cars would hit a wall I got plenty of crappy pics from it, but I had a blast. The results of the race I didn't like (especially that first lap). I was sitting in turn 7 for the race, qualifying as well. I was moving around durring the practices. I give those guys in red credit for winning, but I blame the tires

I've had bad experiences with Paypal as well.. Things like double (I've even seen friends tripple) charged for transactions...

I've done lots of arts&crafts furniture and while I like working on it it gets to be a pain - I haven't given in (yet) and still cut the mortise & tennons by hand. It's not bad until you have to do 40+ of the stinkers on a project. Still looking for a good M&T jig for my router though. Haven't found one that I like (yet). I find that the easiest way to get near perfect mortises & tennons every time is rough cutting the faces of the tennons on router, dado head t-saw, whatever, finish those off by hand, then for the mortises investing in a drill press that has those mill cranks/adjustments and getting a mortising bit saves plenty of time while doing a fantastic job!

I personally enjoy cabinet making (although I only have three under my belt, the third is in the finishing process), but I have yet to find anything further than locals who enjoy such!

I was looking at 24" 1920x1200 LCDs, but I don't have the $700 best price. I found a Dell 2405 for $600, but I've seen soo many complaints about that display.

foo, your current video card is much faster than an x1300. you'd be a fool to "upgrade". also, an x1800 fully supports ps3.0 so there should be no config editing necessary... if your monitor lied about it's dvi support then send it back. though if an lcd is lying to you then you may have bigger issues... btw, which monitor is this that is 20.1inches and has a 5ms response time? The x1800 may, but the game doesn't use ps 3.0 until you manualy edit the config file (oblivion). After doing so, not only did the game look many times better - it also was running with better frame rates It's sad how the x1000 series is severly gimped before the x1800.... The x1800, with applications using ps 3.0, represents a leap forward in graphics... The X1600 and X1300 look pathetic... Hi everyone, I just thought I'd leave one of these posts here. It seems like a better place to introduce myself than the ban forum I've been playing CS/CS:S since CS 1.3, off and on - my longest break being my most recent one at 9 months. I did a bit of playing with a couple of cal teams, but I quickly got sick of the stress of clan drama in a competitive team (the "oh bob hacks!" type of thing). My favorite pub clan of all time -- Black Talon -- had a very similar feeling to this group, and I'm interested in possibly bringing that feeling back in my life. I also like to play DOD:S, DOD, a bunch of single player games (doom III, quake IV, hl2, oblivion, more) and every once in a while enjoy a good RTS. In life I enjoy hanging out with friends, expanding my knowledge (especially in computer science, and a bunch of physcial sciences), and recently I've found that running until my legs are stiff is one of the best feelings in the world. Right now I'm on summer break - my last summer break of getting away with not working, so I'm living it up - That saturday night customs thing is intense. People with decent skill on maps that I don't know is scarry and awesome at the same time - I loved not knowing where anything was on cs_china (too bad I started to figure it out - I like being lost and thinking someone is behind every box). LEO, I NEED YOUR SKILLS! (referingn to the shotgun + smoke thing you like to do)
