Try this command in console: adjust_crosshairs I believe that's the command to make them change colors. You may even want to bind it to a key to change it for different maps. You could even get all fancy and put this into your config (replacing whatever your attack is now - prolly bind mouse1 +attack) alias +coloratk "+attack; adjust_crosshair" alias -coloratk "-attack" bind "MOUSE1" "+coloratk" This would change your crosshair color every time you hit the shoot button. Otherwise, what DJ said is true. If it smells fishy; it prolly is.

The jury seems to be confused. So far we have Moss saying they both hack and bringing in other evidence. Rev saying yes on 1 and not sure on 2. m0m giving words of wisdom. W1lco intrigued. The first guy seemed a no-brainer, especially after following the guy thru the wall at the end of the clip. The second guy's a different story. The first guy's the only one I really suspected. But when he died I cycled thru to this guy, who had the second best score. Was gonna take him outta the video completely, but notice when he's in the vent. You see the guy on the roof, and he keeps him just on the screen by looking right. Seems suspicious to me. I dunno. First guy got a perm ban. For the second guy, the verdict is still out.

MOTD and MOTM both give warnings about this. You cannot get into the server w/o it being posted on your screen. I'll try to check the logs tomorrow and check with the admin that banned you to see what will happen.

Moss, Right click it, go to properties, and see the site it's drawn from, it will all make perfect sense.

rt. Tho they issued a "fix" midway thru in 1.6 that takes away this type of binding. In 1.6 guns are now in the menus according to price. Hope they go back to the old style. Otherwise I'll have to think again, never a good thing.

That's what mine does with only one config loaded. Automatically buys the gun you need. F6 bound to +gun1 - colt/ak F7 bound to +gun2 - sig/aug etc. Same key for "equal" guns on either side. Without loading a config based on team. But whatever suits your fancy.....

I just installed Mandrake 9.0 after Windows XP Home and had no real problems at all. Using LILO as the boot loader. There should be an option for this in the install. Have done the same with Redhat also. Partitioned with Partition Magic to create the free space for Linux first. Which Linux variety btw?

Here's my buyscript: BUYSCRIPT "exec buyscript.cfg" goes in autoexec.cfg Then you can bind keys to buy guns. I mainly use the bottom aliases and bind keys to +gun1, +gun2, +smg1, etc... What's nice about this is you don't need a separate script for T and CT. For example, +gun1 buys an ak or colt, depending on team. There's a lot of extra verbage in there, don't let it confuse ya.

Map cycles were lowered to 30 mins a coupla weeks back. This helps in a way. If you don't like the map, then thankfully it's only 30 mins. If you do like the map, then thankfully it gets played for a bit. I'm not always a big fan of usp with Disco Gru at the helm, but it breaks up the repetitiveness of playing standard maps. And, we've had some variety lately with maps, which is nice.

Used to have several wholesale places....now I can't find them for some reason. I like pricewatch myself. There's also www.evertek.com for wholesale, but, it'd been a while since I'd been there and it looks like now it's dealer-only and limited to pretty low end, out of date stuff for the most part.

[DOH]Abyss has been nice enough to post up quite a few screen shots of this great game over at DOH forums. Thought I'd link them here (hope you don't mind DOH). I know most everyone is hardcore CS, but this is definately worth checking out IMO. Part 1 Part 2 Part 3 Part 4 Part 5 The detail is just great. DOH is running a BF1942 server atm (only one in the community I know of). So we have a community place to play it for anyone who's got it. It's really a lot of fun.
