somewhat back at it...although no exercise yet (havent got a new home routine down w/Timmy home now) just didnt gourge as much as I did the week before...plus I think this lack of sleep has decreased the appetite some. anyways....back at 300, 200's here i come next week baby. anxious to do spreadsheet now as I dropped from #1 to #4 with 1 bad week. sheet coming...

wife got me the cannon SD870 IS for Christmas and love the thing. coming from Kodak family for years, so amazed at all the features. Not a photo guy by any means, would know a f stop from a g spot but i take good pics with this thing. my .02

running: 0 lifting: once eating my donkey off this week, bc Im using stress as an excuse: every day :-( 303, +3, which Im hoping is mostly water weight as I have not done anything 'usual' this week including drinking water.

come on playaa, our team needs ya...ur #2 behind me, so this should be most easy for us bigger guys in the early stages.

updated come on group!!! 7 lbs lost this week for 14 overweight guys!?!? lets go!!! stay focused, set short term goals of 5 lbs and keep reaching for it. be hungry! exercise when you dont feel like it...its so hard to get started but once you do, it feels great!

Timmy is doing good...he is out of the incubator and starting to breastfeed. once he proves he can take in enough food himself, they will remove the feeding tube. so hopefully a couple more days and the lil guy can join his family!

lol ebil... V2.0 timmy had a good day today after a rough one yesterday. his oxygen level is down from a high of 54% to 38% now....at 65% he would have been shipped to NICU....but i think he has turned the corner today. steph was able to hold him briefly as they changed his bedding and he was the most alert we have seen him with his eyes open the whole time. once put back into the incubator his numbers quickly came back...which is a good sign his lungs are maturing. timmy says hi!
