Acutally...you have to set it to 0 while on the server to get the menu back up.

Theres a command that Valve/Steam released in this new update that has to be input while in the server: cl_restrict_server_commands 0 = Don't restrict any server commands 1 = Restrict server commands in Valve multiplayer games 2 = Restrict server commands in all multiplayer games

Anyone who has played on the server today knows that the ability to choose weapons is gone. EX: On any map, the menu wont show up, and it gives you a USP (CT) or a Glock (T). Although, on Deagle5 it does give you a deagle :\ Fix Please!!!
