When i say I made a fire, that means I was one of the responding units to the fire to try and extinguish. And yeah what discom said..... Can anyone help me out and tell me if there is a way to save the streaming video from that site I posted above? I'd love to be able to save those video clips and keep them on my computer. I called the number on the website to see if I could get a copy of those and they said it would cost me something like 60 bucks for 1 clip! Help would be much appreciated. I had a hell of a night last night. We were called to a building fire around 9:00. We were on our way to the scene when radio traffic from the first in engine reported heavy smoke through out the whole building and made the call a 706 (which means its a second alarm fire...1 alarm fires consist of 3 engines, 2 ladder trucks, Heavy Rescue Unit and 2 Battalion Chiefs...so basically a 706 doubles that response). It happened to be a Foundry that casts metal for I believe engine parts so the whole building is basically a death trap if it catches on fire. Kinda funny because I made a fire last year at this exact same building where there was 1 fatality and another person who was burned over 95% of his body. (Both employees of the foundry). It took several days for that fire to burn itself out, because if you don't already know you can't put water on Molten Magnesium because it basically reacts and explodes like a bomb if you do. Anyways we got on scene and were given orders to set the ladder truck up and bring a fan to the front door. After that we went to the rear of the structure where you could see through a window that was busted out and see the seat of the fire. It was much much bigger than the fire last year and from my little experience on the job it told me we couldn't do crap but let it burn. But for some reason we had crews inside for a while. Luckily maybe a min or two before the huge explosions the 700 tones were sounded which means get the hell out of the building NOW. When the explosions went off there must have been 20 firefighters including myself not a foot or two from the building. (My crew was ordered to bust out windows on the four side and that is where we were when the whole building lit up.) It literally knocked down or threw all of us. Molten metal and parts were everywhere. I don't know how but no one died. Only a few minor injuries to a couple of firefighter. I still can't believe how lucky we are right now. my grandpa lives in venice and ive visited there several times and we always shark tootch hunt. but as i recall the water was too murky because of the waves so we just sifted sand.

..... Bothdrops if you wouldn't mind rereading my post it might help in future kicks/bannings. None of us "regulars" honestly knew what the threats were reffering to until your final "I won't hesitate to kick/ban all of you if I have to." announcment. Is it so hard to type out exactly what the infraction is so the person and everyone on the server is aware of what is being done wrong?

If only that were the whole story. However, first, you said it. Then others said it. Then I announced to everyone that they should keep their language clean. Then you said it again, and so did others, and you told me to, "grow up". Then I kicked you. Then you came back and questioned me further, asked "how is it swearing" (which is not at all the point), and then told me to "grow up" again. I then told you to take it to the forums and banned you for a few minutes while you did so. -- Bothrops The only reason I'm posting here is because I was on at the time. First off when IV and I think cky typed the word lame it honestly didn't jump out at me as a GC NO NO because it wasn't directed towards anyone in a malicious mannor. Even after I saw a generic admin warning saying keep the server clean/watch the language I thought it was from someone saying something else. So I proceeded to type to IV "4 your never lame in my book." Which was quite funny at the time because of an inside joke. At this point I believe you typed another admin message saying something about language again and you wouldn't hesitate to ban/kick everyone playing. (something to that effect) I was taken back by the hostility and threats in the admin chat and I'm sure IV was too. IV being a very big jerkface told you to grow up. Which was completely and utterly uncalled for. (Did I mention I hate him?) <3 Anyways he should have respected the authority at hand. But he lost his cool and kept questioning you about the word lame. Then proceeded to tell you to grow up a second time. Then you kicked him. He then immediately came back on and me being on the other team I didn't see what he typed to you in teamchat. He was then banned. I asked what he got banned for and he said he came back on and asked you why if lame was a curse word why isn't it filtered out? Am I wrong on this Bothdrops? Not that it makes any difference whatsoever. It's over and done with. Let me just throw up a some constructive critisism if I may. It would have made things a whole lot clearer if Bothdrops would have typed IV, the word lame is not allowed here. Please don't type it again. I honestly think things would have ended there. There are words like frick that are GC NO NO's that I bet most regs didn't know were kick/bannable words. It just makes things clearer when we know right off the bat who the admin is refering to.

Actually you got kicked for saying grow up. then got banned for coming back on and asking Bothdrops.gc why lame wasn't in the swear filter. I hate you IV. <3

If anyone is thinking of going to FF 06 there is a seat I allready purchased for 50 bucks for sale. With the new baby and us thinking of moving I won't have the time or money to make it. If you're interested in buying the seat from me let me know and I guess we'll work out the way to pay somehow. Also, you'll be able to move the seat to any open spot of your choice.

Does it matter much if I go with 8mg cash over 16mg? I'd prefer the 8mg if you don't think I really need 16mg because the price seems to double.

I'm looking for a new hard drive because my old one is toast. I had a friend put my computer together for me so I'm not sure what to look for in a new HDD. I would like it to be as fast and quiet as possible for around 100 bucks or less. The amount of space isn't so crucial compared to speed and silence. But I would like it to be at least 40 - 50 gig. Any suggestions?
