Playaa, when I played ball I ran 2 miles every day and I was 6'1" 315 lbs. My knees and ankles are fine. (actually my ankles are shot, but not from that). If you are worried about damage to your joints then start by doing some low body stuff and low-impact cardio to take a little weight off. Then hit the weights and the track whenever you feel comfortable.

A lot of the Bible is out of chronological order too. Luckily, I have a student bible that frequently references me to earlier books. I read the Bible like a novel, and quite frankly was bored by most of it because it wasn't meant to be great literature. I find a study approach much more enjoyable for most of it.

Werd, I pulled a trip from Richmond KY to Colorado Springs in 21 straight. Stopped for gas and food, finally stopped at a hotel in Colorado Springs @ 5 AM. It was a great trip, nothing like waking up in the middle of the mountains Edit: I'm guessing dweez was highlighting the horrible spelling
