server crashed at about 1:35 am pacific time, it says that it is up but I am unable to connect to it. when I use either the any of the address' to connect with the console it just says Lan servers are restricted to local clients

I try to be a fair to everyone... with the warning system it allows me to in a sense tell people to settle down, I hear/read the comments of all the people on the server, while someone might think something is in good fun that could possibly be taken the wrong way, one admin gave me good advice and that was if I take offense to it then it should be looked into, I am fine with some trash talk and ribbing in good fun but some remarks can been misinterpreted easily, especially in the written form, heck many things I have typed get mistaken for mean or rude things.

you were warned for your attitude elegant, the match had been stacked and a vote had been attempted before I got in, it did not pass and I know the whole team I was on was a little annoyed by this. you had to gloat and mock people about how bad they were, you are a member and you are to be held to higher standards then regular non members you also have been questioning the decisions of admins, just like the warnings for use of language. you have been on this server long enough to know the rules and what is expected of players. there has been an increase in swearing and general poor attitude, your warning, not kick not ban just warning was for your attitude and your second warning, again not kick not ban was for questioning my decision.

You were banned for excessive use of the F word... I had you warn kicked to begin with and when you got back on you asked why you were kick and if anyone had done it and when you figured it out I had said then you have better follow the rules. you proceeded to swear more and so you were banned for 1 day.

When I kicked you you were very far away from the group... as for if you were charged that far or not you had to have been way to far up to get charged into that position in the first place... that being said, norally rushers get a short ban so that they do not immediatly rejoin and rush again. you are a regular and know that you shouldnt rush ahead at all. but I just kick you no ban. As for the boomed person, you were not on there team, you didnt hear what they said or were saying throught the game. if I thought that their reasons for kicking that person were not justified I would have vetoed the vote. but I figured it was justified. Now since I have spoken my side of these things, I am human and make calls to the best of my abilities, but it is very uncalled for to accuse me of things during a game about what I should or should not do. you have been getting exceptionally anrgy as of late and throught the game in which you were kicked for rushing I many times told you to calm down and you refuse to do so. I believe this would suffice as a offical warning and I will not tolorate it again.

In my opinion I don't really think that we need a second server. Nightling does put up some good points as to the less moderation and I also side with him on the fact that I don't think we have enough to keep 2 servers full. Usually when I am on the GC server I notice who all is trying to get in and is on. From what I have noticed there really isnt all that many trying to get on while the server is full. The most that I think that I noticed trying to get in on a full server was about 6 different people over the course of a full campaign. When I try to get on and the server is full I wait for the campaign to end (yea that can be a bit) but always the server has spots upon a new map set.

I think that something that can annoy people is when there is that person in back who gets chain smoked or gets jockeyed but doesn't let anyone know... I understand that there are non English speakers that play especially during the late hours but most are able to put up some sort of "help" or "smoke" or "jock" type message and don't. I'm not saying that is in anyway justifies talking down to a person but it does cause some to assume that the person in back doesn't know what they are doing. To agree with you though I also disagree with the talking down about your team... if you don't believe someone is very good it isn't very cool to publicly state it in voice chat or whatnot... in just talking down to them that isn't a way to either help them or allow them to learn.
