  1. Hmm, even Windows 10 couldn't solve my random crashing while playing L4D2.

Temporarily worked. And verifying game files didn't worked either.

I never had a problem with crashing until I upgraded my video card, pfffff. Disable multi core rendering for your video card. I think it was Gandalf who told me to do that. Haven't crashed since.

  2. Stupid game keeps crashing/freezing.

  3. Is it worth coming back?

If I can't get Peanut's achievement myself, the first ever holder, then I want you to get it for me. Avenge me, Yortz! :)

You need to return now, or I will ban Zero for no good reason

  4. He always laughs no matter how bad the predicament of his team is.
  5. My old Sager 8278-S was also intel/nvidia combo, and sometimes my games' fps will go down from 60 to 18 randomly. And when I play old games like CnC Tiberium Wars, Red Alert 3, they play fine but their expansions don't, like 15-20 FPS unless I change the settings to low-medium.
  6. Might settle with that, even though it's only msata ssd and 1tb hdd, plus it's easier to open it up to clean the dirt and dust off fans. I think it's with nvidia gpu and intel hd graphics, which sucks.
  7. At first I thought you're asked to turn up the volume then something scary was just gonna pop out of the blue. Lol.
  8. Haven't bought it yet, but I found this MSI GT72 Dominator G-1445, basically the same specs, except it's 5th gen i7 processor, Nvidia 970m 3GB Optimus Technology and G-Sync.
  9. Lol, you guys are off topic.
  10. SSD for later and thinking of changing traditional HDD to SSHD (1GB 5400rpm). A tech savvy colleague of mine said that it's the best of both worlds (sorta). Capacity of an HDD and not so far away speed of an SSD, a few bucks above an HDD but a lot below an SSD. Update: Never mind the SSHD choice lol. Update 2: Are cooling pads good to use?
  11. If I put GTA V on SSD and music files on HDD, is it possible to play your music files while playing (Car Radio) if the music files is not on the SSD?
  12. I'm tinkering atm, instead of 1TB HDD for primary gonna switch it to 500GB SSD, and getting a 500GB HD for secondary. OS/games will be on SSD and other media and other programs(browser, media player etc.) on HDD.
  13. I was considering HDD for work files, media etc. The SSD for OS and Steam games, but I like mods a lot specially on GTA 4, 5, L4D2 and other games.
  14. Yeah probably gonna get an SSD for later use. Edit: Does it affect the read/write of SSD's if OS & games get updated (specially Windows and Steam)?
  15. Reading through reviews about SSD. I'm gonna stick with HDD, it's where I'm gonna put all my work files, doing a lot of read/write, and SSD's are limited to that. Thanks for your input.
  16. If Peanut goes and you guys see him, slap him for me.
  17. SSD is good, faster loading of apps/programs than HDD, but I'm still sticking to HDD.
