A word of advice for all of you future complaining peoples: Trying to justify what the admins think was wrong is just stupid. They're the ones who judged your action in the first place and they'll be the ones to judge your pointless whining. Just admit what you did and say you're sorry. In fact, doing the latter will actually get back (some of) the respect you lost in doing said action.

I have two 'installations' (well, just copied the folder). One is a barebone fresh-off-the-cd installation with nothing tweaked other than my resolution and custom maps. The other one is chock full of skins/model/sprite replacements, binds, etc. For all of you who play in leagues but still want custom models, I suggest doing the above. As for custom models in MCC, I think we should be required to use the original ones. Unless we're required to sumbit screenshots/take demos/etc. Then again, MCC is only for respectable clans in the community. I guess players who can't be trusted with such things shouldn't be playing in it in the first place.

TF2 is supposed to come out "First Quarter 2003" but I'm sure they'll release it around the time Duke Nukem Forever hits the shelves. I think it's about time they released a new engine

I think HLGuard is a waste. I can't say i've seen anybody caught by it since 1.3. Besides, doesn't the new VAC module kill even private hacks now? I guess the only reason to having it would be to A. Say you have HLGuard B. Please leagues (XGL requires it ) C. To have an alibi while cheating ("I'm just that good!") Well yeah, I'll have to agree with wilco....if you're gonna have HLGuard installed, have the newest version.
