Well she shut down again while I was watching a YouTube video, temps were in the high 30's.

After you brought up the temp issue I checked my cpu fans and found one completely clogged with dust, cleaned it out and the core temps dropped 10 degrees C (monitoring temps with SpeedFan), I will see how this works out. My core temps were idling at 45 C, now they are sitting at 31-33 C.

Every once in a while my PC will just freeze up: 1. Mouse pointer freezes 2. Ctrl-Alt-Del will not work. 3. You have to shut down power to get it to restart. This is a Intel (QX6700) quad core machine running Vista 64 bit. Can anything be done about this? (other than buying a Mac). Thanx.

Whats up people, just wanted to exchange UT3 user names so we can ID each other. Mine are: "RUF" and "MurdaOne" Someone already had Ruff and Ruff Ryder so I had to change up.

I think the orbs are a nice addition, it takes some skill to be a good orb runner, every person on the opposing team is out to stop you. On the other hand its fun to try and stop a orb runner who is approaching your sacked node. DENIED!

You can't go wrong with the Logitech system. If you want a 2 speaker system check out the Z-2300 http://reviews.cnet.com/pc-speakers/logite...7-30993080.html I rock the old Z-680 5.1 system and it jams.

There are a lot of new players and weekend warriors out there, its hard to find a competitive game more now than before the Titan pack was released, But I take it that between the new pack and the Steam thingy there will be a lot of noobz in the servers, they are fun to watch though (as long as that are not on your team). I still have a lot of fun playing.

I never had a problem with the weapons but your opponents are using the same ones so that kinda evens out. There is a large influx of new players out there.

Well with the new pack/patch and Epic throwing out the freebies it has a lot of noobs, a few of the noob do have good DM skills, they just need to learn the basics of Warfare. I still have a lot of fun with UT3, I have liked the game since day one.

I hang out at the MOB, T5K, and UMG servers for stiffer competition but there is a little server called EpicServer2 that is a lot of fun. You will find a lot of noobs in UT3.

I use a Dell 24" 2405FPW @ 1920 x 1200 and it looks and performs great. (8800GTX vid card) I plan on jumping to the Dell 30" 3008WFP and it supports 2560 x 1600 native res. Dell can compete with anyone when it comes to monitors. -
