Hey Guys, I've missed you all. I'm anxiously awaiting for StarCraft 2 to come out. Just playing UT2K4 here in there to kill time. What's everyone up to nowadays? Well, hopefully everyone is doing well. Hope to see you guys around. I usually play on DW or Omni's server. Unclean, no that was not me. LOL!

Isn't X-Razer a girl? She still plays all the time. No, I'm pretty sure he's a dude. He came on vent with us a couple times, no? Maybe my mind is shot. Who knows. LOL. You guys. I'm a guy. Well, I think I am. LOL! J/K. I'm a happily married guy. Yes GC, believe it or not I still play UT2K4. I usually play on Omnipotent's server and DeathWarrant. There are still alot that play UT. I gave up on UT3. Just hate the fact that there is no ONSLAUGHT just there similar version. I play with Cannon from time to time. Still see alot of the USSR guys. What else do I play? I rarely play CoD4. What I'm looking forward to is Starcraft 2. I can't wait. I need to install Starcraft and start playing so that I can refresh myself with the hot keys. I'm pretty sure I'll be playing Dark pretty soon again with that. You guys can always email me. X.Razer yahoo. I will say though that it has been a true pleasure to play with you guys in the past. You guys were a bunch of kewl individuals. Sorry I wasn't able to join the clan, but I will say that I almost did. It was just hard to commit because I was still in school. Now that I'm not in school, I have more time, but I find myself focused on other things like family and a house. LOL. Been also helping the wife with her projects and possibly a weekend home business. We'll just have to wait and see. If any of you are still playing, you will find me on Omnipotent's server. I know the ping might not be good for some of you, but I've been managing to play okay with a 150 ping. LOL. Cheers. Feel free to shoot me an email.

Man... you guys are no where to be found. Noone plays UT3. I ran in to Cannon and Tek on the Omnipotent or A.S.S. server the other nite playing 2K4. Everyone else like disappeared out of nowhere. I'm running Vista and experienced the flickering problem. Then I converted to Mac OS X, the migrated to Turbo Linux, then Suse, then Mandrake, then Red Hat, then Debian, then Slackware, then played with the Cisco Router Commands: ! interface Fddi0/0 no ip address no keepalive ! interface Fddi0/0.1 encapsulation sde 100820 ip address 100.0.0.2 255.0.0.0 ! Wentz back to Vista. Installed nForce Ware 169.25 then Flickering Wentz Away. What a journey... but no more flickering. Woot Woot!

So you Map Geeks... on average, how long does it take to make one of these maps? In addition, can someone incorporate like Dawn into a UT3 Map? That would be great.

Nice patch... but no help on the flickering issue. I wonder if it's associated to Quantum Mechanics? Fourier Transfer? Maybe I need a DNA-based computer to help solve the flickering issue. J/K. How's everyones Christmas shopping going? Anyone know of any deals on tech gadgets?

Yeah, I am looking into the Step-Up Program. I likes the 640s. CPU Swap... hmmm... thinks... maybe if I was drunk or something... NOT!!! Did you guys install Beta Patch 101? Flit, I installed ForceWare Version 169.12. I started playing. It was doing well and I was getting excited no problems then all of a sudden ... FLICKERING!!! Any input on Beta Patch 101? Do you guys have in installed? I installed it. No problems so far. I like the fact that I can Spec.

I'll double check which version I have. I know I installed new drivers last week. Lemme check. Dude... you have an 8800 GTS 640? Me jealous. I made a mistake getting my 8600 GTS. I should have spent the extra dinero and gotten the 8800 GTS 640. I guess I was caught in the moment after looking at all the money I spent on my new rig. I was avoiding the use of my credit card. LOL. Wow Flit, you must be fraggin' like crazy. Thanx for the suggestion.

That's a good price on an 8800 GT card. I think I really made a mistake going with my 8600 GTS SC card. I contacted EVGA regarding their Step Up Program. You have the option of upgrading your card provided it's still within 90 days from day of purchase and your entitled to get a newer card of your choice and just pay the difference. I'm also considering the 8800 GTS card now as well. 8800 GTX and ULTRA are just too much of a card for me right now. If you got the money, go for it. However, it's not for me right now.

Yeah, I have all those. Many of players that have posted problems on the UT3 Forum have the latest drivers and still experiencing problems. I have placed an order for one Mellowpause just for your Wentz. Ship you my PC, what... maybe if I'm HIGH enuff. J/K. Dude, I love my new rig. My old P4 wasn't cuttin' it anymore. I'm using it as a multimedia machine for video and music editing projects. I don't want to really put too much apps and hardware on my new rig. Strictly for gaming. Just ordered an Asus Silent Square EVO. I sure hope it clears my Antec Nine Hundred case. Might need to uninstall the fan on the side panel. It looks GiNormous!!! Anyone else playing Crysis and World in Conflict? Looking for some people to play with.

I guess some of you are getting the flashes and stuff like me. It sux. I didn't try Wentz suggestion yet... maybe later. I sure hope they release a patch to fix the issue.

Just don't get a Philips Plasma TV. Their line of Plasma TVs are unreliable. I have three buddies that have had the worst luck with their Plasma line. One of them went through three bad plasmas. He ended up returning all three to Costco and ended up with a Panasonic Plasma. Panasonic is good. I have one.

Dude, I've been playing since Beta was out and got the game when it was released. I've been playing with Wentz, Primus, Tek, MadPat, TomW, and one of your new Clan Members. I don't recall his/her name. Yeah, dude. I get the flashes... really HOTTTT ones. Must be menopause. LOL! J/K. I have all the new and latest updated drivers for everything. I'm still having the problems. Many players are having this same problem. The majority that I've read is nVidia card users are getting the flickering while ATI card users are getting the freezes (from the majority of what I've read in the forums). X-Razer is still my player name. I've been reading around the UT forums and many are experiencing the Flickering and Freezing problem. Any of you experiencing the same thing? I'm able to play normally for like a match or two then I start to get the flickering mostly in the background. I play mostly Warfare maps. I just keep playing sometimes until it gets unbearable. In some cases, if they game finishes and a new map starts, it will be fine for several minutes then the flickering starts once again. I don't get the freeze-up that some members are getting. I just get the flickering. There are lots of discussions on this issue. Anyone having problems? It's nice to play with some of you once again.

LOL! Where are you guys? Can't find you. What do you guys play? DM/TEAM DM/VCTF/DUEL? What? System is all up and running... averaging 62 fps while in action. Quad Power on a 8600 GTS SuperClocked. Was playing DM with (6lo)Zen all night... It's really hard to find people on these servers. Any pointers.

Got everything for my new rig except the case - yes I know - case should be one of the first things to get. I could have used one of the ones here at the house, but don't want to risk any unfortunate events that may occur. Hope to play with you all very soon.
