My AA is disabled and my AF is set at trilinear. All of these are the recommended settings. My RAM is my problem. I also have a very hard time playin while recording a demo, everything is very choppy. How easy is it to increase RAM?

I have a 9800xt 256mb, pen4 2.8 ghz 2.78ghz, 512 mb of RAM. I have the newest omega drivers for my vid card. So why are my fps sp low? i would say that i average 40 fps. Sometimes i cant play when there is a large firefight. anyone have any thoughts or suggestions?

I was on hold for 2 min then, right off the bat, they said they were having problems with the system and suggested i call back at a better time. I was pretty confused until i found out that everyone in the kansas city area that has Time Warner is having connection issues.

My ping has been high the last couple of days and i couldnt figure out y. I have used a router for a year and never had a problem. However; the high ping goes away immediately when i do RUN, CMD, then ping yahoo.com. But i have to do it on my brothers computer. After a while it rises again. I am confused. The tech guy told me to bypass the router and see what happens. I hooked up the modem doriectly to my comp and i get no connection. I do get a connection when i hook it up to my brothers comp. I know the problem is my comp but i cant figure it out. <-------NOOB Why is my ping so high all of a sudden? Is it a virus? Why does my ping go down when i check the ping on my bro's comp?

I cant wait to try it. the area in ZD's pic looks like a fun place to push/defend.
