Its really nice but its making a clicking noise every other second.

what card? and that click is probably a malfunctioning fan

its a eVGA geforce 4 128mb ddr. I fixed the clicking it was a wire touching the video card... lol

Unless yur current video card can't play a game the way you want it to, don't consider upgrading. Besides, CS looks exactly the same at 80fps as it does 2000000fps. Unless of course, you want braggin' rights. =)

 

Remember, a standard TV set is around 25-30fps.

Yeah I noticed CS doesnt look much different... Runs smoother and i dont lag at ALL now. Also GTA 3 runs very very smooth, its real nice. But things on my desktop dont seem to look to much different either. Like my backround pictures and just different graphics.

 

Anybody know something I could do to make it look nicer? 8P)

Um... a wire touching a board? UH... What wire from what piece of hardware EXACTLY? This could be some serious damage to your card. I'd return your card for a new one, no telling what that wire did to fry your card, but that's just me.
