Newegg losing it?

newegg was fine with how they handled it and the ease to do so, just warning people that it does take a week or so for them to get it, process rma, then ship it back out and all on your dime. when you have deadlines to a client they could care less that you had to return stuff, they just want their systems! (plus it just miffed me that the returned product was worse than what i shipped back...so yes i have a bad taste about that ((makes me look bad to client)))

 

and yes they did upgrade to overnight for free, but still took a Monday thru a Monday for them to process my last RMA.

 

ill just close with, the wifey is letting me upgrade my system for christmas and I fully intend to use newegg to do this.
