NyxErinyes November 20, 2004 Share NyxErinyes Member November 20, 2004 Have been greatly exaggerated. Hey everyone, no I'm not dead. I'm just saying hi cause I realize I haven't been around much. Dad (Cranky) and I kinda dropped off the map when the transition to CS:S was made just cause, well, neither of us are that enamoured with Half-Life (I payed 20 bucks for my copy and honestly hated the singleplayer. He paid 10.) and we just don't really feel like shelling out $55 for a game when I'm already blowing $80 on the WoW CE, and just bought Tribes: Vengeance and stuff. I have to say though, I miss playing with you guys. The .GC community is still my home away from home and I miss the pleasant environment of playing with fellow sportsmen who understand the fact that "yes, it is just a game after all." I hope I can join you all again soon. On a positive note, Cranky and I DO both plan on attending FF05 so I guess we'll have to shell out for HL2 between now and then. lol But I just thought I'd drop a note since a few people apparently thought I disappeared since I haven't played much since FragFest. lol So anyway, wrapping this up, hope to see you all soon, and if anyone's playing WoW, look me up sometime! I'll post my name and server later in the WoW forum. -Nyx BTW: Just a couple shoutouts to Lunk, Trouble, Shaw, Fatty, Dweez, AK, and all my other buddies that I miss headshot-- er... playing with. =) C'yall soon, I hope lol.
