Thomas Aquinas February 17, 2005 Share Thomas Aquinas Member February 17, 2005 (edited) In high school I played football and was a weak-side guard on offense and a defensive tackle. I weighed around 240 and my senior year I maxed out on bench at 300. Well, today I just set a personal record, 305 in bench! The exciting thing about it for me is that I am now about 195 since I run all the time and work out so much. I love exercising! Thomas Aquinas February 22, 2005 Author Share Thomas Aquinas Member February 22, 2005 I'm a junior in college, but I took two years off to serve as a missionary for my church so I'm 23 (Just had my birthday on Feb. 6)
CowboyFromHell`X February 23, 2005 Share CowboyFromHell`X Member February 23, 2005 I'd love to get into exercising but I'm one of those procrastinators that will always say "Meh, I'll do it tommorow." Then when tommorow turns into a week, etc... I used to be doing okay, I was around 220 and I lost 60 pounds for reasons I don't know. You have any advice for someone who can't go to a gym and has limited weights to work with?
Rashad February 28, 2005 Share Rashad Member February 28, 2005 I maxed out my push-ups this morning, 62 in 59 seconds. A personal best for me as well.
