rackish March 1, 2005 Share rackish Member March 1, 2005 I'm not looking to buy one, I've just been woundering. Right now I have an ipod and it's decent, holds a lot of music, but are ipods the best? are there better models? your opinions please
HWarrior March 2, 2005 Share HWarrior Member March 2, 2005 I know best is suggestive but "Best Value" is Sandisk Cruzer Micro MP3 Companion (~$40). You just couple it with anySandisk Cruzer Micro usb flash drive (128MB - 1Gig). Bought one for my wife last year when they came out and she still uses it every day. She carries her mp3s, presentations for work, and homework for class all on the same drive. If you are in the market for a flash drive and an mp3 player its a good choice. Only downside so far is limited play functions: switch folder, random, forward, back, etc. No custom playlists, no fancy menus, no computer software - just streamlined to the bare basics. Lunk March 2, 2005 Share Lunk Member March 2, 2005 Have to say, I've been pretty happy with my Dell DJ 15. It's a 15 gig player. And it also allows me to put data files on it. Only downside with the data files is you need the dell software to access them. It's not much bigger than the 20gig Ipod. And I'll only paid $179 for mine.
