Hi, I'm anti.HERO<real?>. I was playing on #1 one on one with comeone and a guy named "xtreme ct" joined. That was fine, excpet he kept tk-ing me purposely. I was planting and he wsa guarding, all of a sudden he killed me and planted himself. He spawn attaked too. I didn't get his steam id because I do not know how to do that, but his name was "xtreme ct". Here is a sample of the dialog I took from the console.

So you know, you can get everyone's Steam IDs by typing "status" in the console. Also, #1 now has a ban request thread; you might get a quicker reaction posting there in the future. I'm not an admin but I doubt the ban will be done without a Steam ID.

in hlsw:

 

click settings (top) -> settings (menu)

 

click rcon (tab)

 

check "save server log" and "save server chat log" (2nd + 3rd options).

 

leave hlsw open, make sure #1 active and selected (showing steam id's, showing red/blue).

 

if you installed hlsw to the default location, your logs will be here:

C:\Program Files\HLSW\logs\216.86.154.199_27015

to find this goon, open that days log (2005_12_28.log) using notepad. ctrl+f to find, and search for "xtreme ct" until you find his steam id.

 

the chat log does not provide steam id's, but is useful when you have a "he said she said" kinda thing.
