Dakkon March 29, 2006 Share Dakkon Member March 29, 2006 Just noticed this and not sure if it was always like this but I've noticed that while scopeless is vac secure, stock isn't?
Shazz March 29, 2006 Share Shazz Member March 29, 2006 There is a problem with this. We have been working on it. For some strange reason...vac will just disable itself on our servers.
stutters March 29, 2006 Share stutters GC Alumni March 29, 2006 this was supposedly fixed by valve earlier today. maybe a restart will do the trick Alfred Reynolds <alfred@valvesoftware.com> to hlds, hlds_linuxMar 27 (2 days ago) We are having connectivity issues to our VAC servers, we are working on it. Server servers should report "secure mode enabled, disconnected from Steam3" when the "status" command is run if they will become secure once the VAC servers come back online. - Alfred

Shazz April 3, 2006 Share Shazz Member April 3, 2006 Don't go to their website....they log IP addresses. So if you do a search for them...don't click on it. They are more than just cheaters. They Hack servers. You can find Purple blocks floating in the air in game. I have posted about this in the Admin forums about one that kept tossing bombs in the T spawn. There were about 40 bombs laying on the ground. Bad news. Don't mess with em. Anyone with myg0t in the name gets a auto ban.
Allanon April 3, 2006 Share Allanon Member April 3, 2006 Yah they're basically the scum of gamers. They find exploits, they hack, they cheat, they find ways to make others gaming experiences bad. I remember seeing something about EA banning a huge number of them, or I think was it a suite against them a while back in BF2. Since they stat paddle and such.
