Chief February 22, 2003 Share Chief Member February 22, 2003 Two steps: 1. tv out to vcr, vcr to tv for viewing. Record on tape then rewind. 2. vcr to pc VIA a capture card. Capture video as best you can with HD space etc. Unless you have supersweet dual processing machine or a silicon graphics machine and crazy RAM with mega HD it will be LOW resolution, but you only need about 500X400 for decent video experience. Frame rate will be worth more than resolution for enjoyment but you relly only need 30fps for a TV experience. Test a couple of short segments to make sure you can maintain the resolution at a good frame rate before you capture very much. Chief Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
