Shift + PrtScr buttons together. Then paste this into "Paint", Then "Save As" either jpg, bitmap.......you get the idea :D

You don't need to hold down shift... just hit PrintScreen.

 

Or if you just want to capture the active program window, hold down Alt+PrtScr.
