The map changed to de_nuke, and 0:0:3380724 joined spectator instead of joining a team; I was going to wait to see if I'd see some TKs (or a lack thereof) for myself but got tired of waiting so I banned based on the two separate requests. I'm removing this ban based on your explanation. You're a regular, so I assume you already know the rules.
