Not source. Any chance of this? I read that 1.6 CS was considered so i was wondering about this. I used to play a ton and I would be willing to help out getting it going.

not a problem, but we need someone (hopefully you) to become the expert on admin mods to manage it. i'm assuming that's amx, but not sure. if that kind of stuff isn't anything you're familiar with, or comfortable becoming familiar with, we'll figure something else out.

i used to use amx. though, it was a while back i still remember the stuff. keep me updated on what i need to do to help out. id like to get some community involved in this its alot of fun still for a original HL mod. better than source imo.

after looking a bit it looks like mani works for DoD. so idk if that what would be used or what but im not rly familiar w/ it. but im sure its not too complicated.

setup is easy, generating interest is hard.

 

why dod instead of dod:source?

ive played both a great deal and non source is just a better game aside from the graphics of source. they tried to "improve" it only to make it suck imo. they removed weapons classes. jacked with classes weapon equipments and a bunch of other stuff that just makes it not nearly as good as original and most die hard DOD players will tell you the same.
