mookie April 13, 2010 Share mookie GC Alumni April 13, 2010 I'm waiting to see which team will be first to announce off-season bare-knuckle boxing as their new strategy for dealing with goons. this + an inflexible rule on concussions = TDQ
Jibbajabba April 13, 2010 Share Jibbajabba Member April 13, 2010 Funny article, but seriously shootouts are fine for regular season games. I am a hockey fan and enjoy watching the 4 vs. 4 and if it goes to it, the shootout. Seriously, even though I love hockey, 65 minutes for a regular season game is enough. I also think ties are the stupid so overall I am happy with the current system. The only change I would make would be 3 points for a regulation win in the standings. The Rangers probably lost a point in more than one game earlier in the season that they should have had so I don't feel bad for them. In the playoffs, I think you keep the sudden death system with no shootout.
