Not sure if anyones had any luck on this one but I keep getting this when I open L4d2.exe:

I've tried deleting the bin folder with no luck.

Has anyone had this and fixed it?

Buy a new computer. that always works.

That happens to me to.... Just keep pressing ok. And it should go away. It happens everytime I un plug a usb

have you deleted the appcache folder at all? That usually works for most game issues on steam.

I've deleted the all cache/bin folders in my steam directory.

And no new games. Just haven't opened steam since May :/

Honestly if you are desperate enough. A clean install of everything would be a good try.

Deleting the Bin file located in:
D:\Half-Life\Steam\steamapps\common\left 4 dead 2

 

seemed to have done it. bin folder and re-validating
