Random ban ban request

I tried to join gcftw, because i had nothing to do, and all of a sudden, it said i was banned some time in febuary, perminant, i dont know why, but i was, and it says for "Language" but i havent been on it for 3 months. Im hopng it will be solved some time soon, and i can join the server again.
