SwOOp December 13, 2003 Share SwOOp Member December 13, 2003 I dunno if this has been posted or if some of you know of this already, but go to your bf1942 folder/mods/bf1942/settings go to VideoDefault.con file and open with wordpad. Find renderer.AllowAllRefreshRates 0, and change the 0 to a 1. Save and exit. Now when you start up desert combat or any bf1942 mod, when you go to options-video, it will show your available resolutions as well as the different refresh rates. This will help your fps stability in game. Also, go download (if you haven't already) the drivers for your specific monitor. Normally the monitors are just run on windows default plug in and play drivers. Downloading the drivers to your specific monitor helps out quite a bit.
