  1. Oh Mohawk!!! But seriously, who do you think you are calling football lame when the US is responsible for sports such as this... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uFvql-O1GWQ
  2. So you must have come to the 1000 save slot limit by now
  3. Loving this game so far, feels so much more like Fallout 2. So glad they made your companions go unconscious instead of dying this time. I never had companions in F3 because of this.
  4. You on get perks on the even levels Boiler, don't rely on autosaves, heard once people get into the 20 hours of play time on consoles they start seeing the corrupt saves bug
  5. My stroke of genius was to whip out my incinerator. Flaming deathclaws...awesome.
  6. Precisely the opposite to me: "There's a group of Deathclaws who've occupied the mine North of here" Response options: "Let me clear out those deathclaws for you" "Oh, so not geckos then? I'm only level three and I'd describe deathclaws as too much for my varmit rifle, rolling pin or 9 iron, actually I think I'll just leave now, nice to meet you Mr Miner" "let's talk about something else" I think I'll go with option b and just head off to Primm for a bit, oh, when I fast travel to Primm, it drops me right in the middle of 6 Powder Puff boys........ Oh I didn't either...just found one on some of my other travels... Here's a tip. Blind Deathclaws don't rely 100% on sight to claw you to death apparently
  7. Deathclaws!? I ain't afraid of no deathclAhhhhhhhs! Anyone find a safehouse yet? I'm so full of goodies already...

    Bed Bugs

As Jackie said, they're a pain to get rid of. They bite and most people (never heard of anyone not) get very irritating marks from them, to the point where you might not be able to sleep. In many cases they require all your bedding, clothes, carpeting and drapery to be either boiled/fumigated (expensive) or destroyed. They can also lie dormant so you might not even know you have them for a while...(*cough* Jackie)
  9. Waiting for New Vegas of course... ProTip: Women from that part of the world generally don't flirt with or hit on men. My buddy found out the...err...hard way.
  10. Haters gon'hate I can't wait for this to come out, I'll finally see if my 360 still works (haven't touched it since last January!) Graphics are pretty meaningless, they were good in F3 so I don't see why they would need to change/improve. They've added boatloads of new weapons so that alone is reason enough for a day one purchase from me
  11. Actually, Notch is a redditor and answered some of our questions last week
  12. Oh yeah...epic beasts too...
  13. Sweet mother of Dog...[Warning, Language] http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kn2-d5a3r94
  14. This idea is both awesome and incredibly frightening.
  15. THAT'S THREE DAYS OF YOUR LIFE SAVED RIGHT THERE, THANK NOTCH FOR THE TIME YOU SPENT WITH YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS BEFORE PLUNGING BACK INTO THE DEEP (caps were very required)
  16. Nothing on Xbox until New Vegas...nothing...
  17. He's been averaging almost 2000 regs an hour since the site went live again, with about 24% purchases Also, have this wallpaper
  18. Congrats! and obligatory... WHO LET YOU REPRODUCE!?
  19. So from what I'm reading there have been some decently major changes like the lack of unit stacking as you mentioned, they got rid of religion, changed resource management, no slavery and made the tiles hexagonal (along with some other changes I can't recall exactly). Would love to try it out but I'm not sure I'm going to throw $50 at it right now just to spend all my free time playing...
  20. Let's hope you don't drink like you eat pizza...
  21. I'm definitely a lover of Civ games but I was somewhat disappointed in the lack of new content in Civ IV so I'm hoping there's something there in this one. The game kinda steals my soul though, not sure I want to dedicate so much of my life to it again...and again...and again...
  22. Just in case anyone hasn't been bit yet... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FaMTedT6P0I
  23. Minecraft...that is all.

  24. The free version does no justice. It's completely worth the $12. Not that there's much point to the game other than playing with blocks, but the full game has more of a survival aspect to it. You get killed a lot by skeletons and what have been termed "creepers" which you'll learn about soon enough (along with some other enemies). Also, multiplayer servers. Plus the creator, one guy, updates the game weekly (sometimes more) and as he's now been made a millionaire due to the popularity of the game (sells about 3000 copies a day now) he's hiring more developers to work further on the game. Notch's blog, worth a read. Very interesting to see how this indie game is blowing up. Now, back to the mines!
  25. Anyone else addicted to Minecrack? I'm terribly sorry if I ruined any plans you may have had... If you're just starting out I highly recommend staying away from tutorials or guides. You'll thank me later!
