Went on my first solo ride with the bike on Saturday. Been kind of chilly / cold here since we got that rain on Friday. The bike may need to go back in to be looked at; it does have a 30-day warranty. It vibrates more than a twin 800cc should vibrate. I also think one of the brakes may be sticking due to the squeaking when I take off after a stop.

Dealership across the border in West Virginia. About an hour drive away.

I had to work until after 6 last night. Couldn't be home for the bike delivery (they are trying to do it for free) so I am not going to get it until Friday. Have to wait 2 more days... damnit!

If a game comes along that the community and I both want to be a part of or play, I will rejoin at that time.

If you haven't already done so, take the MSF class. The Motorcycle Safety Foundation class will typically net you your endorsement and you will get a discount on your insurance. Most importantly, you learn some valuable stuff in the class. Check with your local dealers and see which ones host the classes. They are about $150 or so for the class.

I want to re-up but I do not know where I stand in this community anymore. I do not game much if at all. Being an admin doesn't really make much sense to me at the moment. I would like to play a larger role in one way or another but I do not see where. I've been a part of this community for more than a decade and want to see it continue to thrive. With the continuous influx of L4D2 members, my monetary contribution does not seem to be badly needed. I am curious if I am needed in some useful way?

I need to get another seat or at least a back rest so my wife can ride with me. Time to find some reliable sites for parts for Suzuki Boulevards. (hint hint)

Has 6600 miles on it (got it used) and it came with the leather bags and windshield. Will need tires at the end of the riding season (screw you if you live in Texas, California, Florida, etc). I got the bike for 3k so it is a steal as far as I am concerned. I will have it for riding this Tuesday. They have to deliver because it wasn't ready to take off the lot after my test ride.

Was on Amazon cheaper than on Steam? I had some points on Amazon from my use of the Amazon Visa.

Amazon tinklees me off. I pre-ordered this with the assumption that I would receive it today but nope. Not getting it until tomorrow. Just in time for the in-laws so I will not get to play at all. To say I am irritated today would be an understatement.

Sounds like it ma be a RAM problem. Could also be an issue on the hard drive.

I like the i5 but the SSD is too small I think. Anyone know about upgrading the SSD in them? Doable?

I would like to grab my wife a new Mac laptop whether it be a pro or an air but the price is honestly a killer. I am looking for a good place to pick up a refurb or new Macbook Air (it is the cheaper model) that is at least an i5 and reputable. Anyone have any ideas? I missed out on a great deal at cowboom.com and the cheapest Apple has either at their ebay store or on their site is still around 1k. I might have to spend that much but am hoping first to find some place of reputation.

The way abilities and spells work in the game is that you get gems and when you put them into your armor or weapons, you gain abilities and spells from them. As you play, the gems level up. It's a neat concept.

I played for a few hours and had fun with it. It's free. Cannot complain about that.
