i think homer is at work, and not sure if anyone else is around but. I am trying to setup my raid drives. (two 74gig raptors). I ctrl i to the intel sata raid thing and i array the drives together. Then when it loads into the windows install i push F6 to install a raid driver. But what do i need to put on a 3.5 so that i can install the drivers? I have my md cd... it says i need to choose a chipset. well i picked.. Intel Application Accelerator should i have picked something different? When i try to install the drivers in windows install it says: filer txtsetup.oem caused an unexpected error (1024) at line 1742 in d:\xpclient\base\boot\setup\oemdisk.c. press any key to continue

last night we won the silver in womens im. would have been cool if the other american who was 15 stayed up near the other two and finished third. but any medal is better then no medal.

Neat thing, I know its almost impossible to do this in a game like Cs, but if there was anyway that they could do this it would change the gameplay so much. You know when you throw a real grenade, stuff blows up, well in cs nothing really happens, and when you throw a fb a little black spot shows up, which i guess is real for a fb tho. But when i throw a grenade i want to see peices of stuff fly around and see some textures on the wall missin and layin on the ground, know what i mean vern? i was thinkin about that last night as i fell asleep but oh well. heh

Would love to see a real good single player Iraq war, since I have grown up through it and know a little about it, but really don't know all the big battles and turns here and there.

It's a long shot, but hopefully Brad Johnson gets injured and they put in Simms. Then maybe the bucs will produce enough offense to win another title with there hard knockin defense.

What is Sp2 and how do i get a firewall on my cpu? Never done that but think i probally should now that i have a half way decent pc.

They really made a great game invincible. Ea sports knows how to make real sports games, when they say "It's in the game, it's in the game" No #@$@! I was amazed at how real it really was. You can challenge plays and watch the half-time show (kinda corny) but it adds more to the game. The way you can fix your defense before the snap really puts you in total control. I have just gotten the game today and have been playing it for a few hours, but if you are unsure of any type of sports game, i advise you to pay the little extra money and get this one.

Eq2 beta should sending out emails in september and october. I think they are planning on releasing it before christmas with a few bugs, but they will patch them with a big patch in January. If they miss Christmas time it may hurt revenue, and also the fact that WoW is suppose to release in November is putting a lot of presure on them. I hope i get accepted into beta, would be my first one

pvpers are not skill. pvp and pve is a dif enviroment. Ya its the same, but its totally different. Its kinda like saying cs is like cod. negative. i sux at cs and i am pretty good at cod. pve is challenging because the EverQuest team is constanly making stronger people, and worlds harder to beat. I like the idea of pvp at times, but when i am sitting in a hunting party minding my own business getting xp and some guy 25 levels higher then me comes and wacks me with a bamboo stick and i die, well thats a little frustrating... running back out to where i died to loot my corpse and find all my money gone. I don't dislike pvp'rs but i am not one of them and many are not. Thats why they seperate us, and i think that idea was great for EQ, and it will probally continue in EQ2

soul, a few of the doh and dlm guys are planning on playing also, so maybe we could all pick a server after it is released and play together. This goes for anyone else who is going to take the chance and try it out also, but thats a given i hope . But be warned it consumes a lot of time and a lot of patience. Like everyone says it is very addicting. I am thinking about playing a barberian warrior or a shaman. Not 100% because i still like the ranger aspect of sitting back and shooting arrows.

But when is this suppose to be released? And are they already selling pre-release copies?

your best bet is to wait until EverQuest 2 comes out jiffy. It is most likely the best and most experience game / designers dealing with mmorpg. The 15 dollars seems like a lot but its nothing compared to the enjoyment you have playing it. *note* you probally wont have a life for a few months after you first start playing it. Thats the game i am waiting for to come out, until then i am going to play a bunch of free ones and just fart around on cs and cod. Swg is quite boring now for me. :-/

i am playing it right now. Its nothing great, but i think it is good enough to play for a few weeks while i am bored. I like the idea of the military rpg. I am up to level 12 now in 3 hours. not too shabby.

if you opened an account from those dates everyone who fills out the (exc exc) form will recieve part of the 1 million they are being sued for. So pretty much everyone who has a paypal account is trying to get a part of the money. So you pay a dollar to have the money mailed to you. Thats what i have gotten out of this.

there is no free mmorpg as far as i know. the cheapest one i know of is like 4 bucks a month but it uses gif images, so the gfx sux.
