Well, my daughter (age:7) for one, plays on gc's servers, as I am aware other kids that player here as well. One kid alone should be reason enough to watch what is said and/or typed. Not to mention that it violates a server rule. You can keep your name stew or stewy, or some other variance, just so long as it doesn't end up with a dual meaning that is in conflict with the server rules.

Suggestions aside from regularsit ups: crunchers (sit-ups where you lift your legs up toward your chest as you are sitting up, and placing them back down while descending, can be done with knees bent or straight, I feel more of a workout when I keep them straight, so basically you are making a V shape. Holding feet off the ground (while lying on your back) about 6 inches for as long as you can hold it and then some. mini crunches, laying on ground with knees bent, arms down at side, sit up just enough to touch your fingertips to your heels and back down. Do these as fast as possible. And this last one is what I have been doing the most of lately, I really feel it in my abs and it gives the quads a good work out as well. I've been doing them with a partner but I have seen bars attached to situp boards that would allow it to be done alone. One person sits on the others feet with their forearms just under their bent knees above the calf. The person doing the exercise sits up then stands up without the use hands or arms, then come back down to a sitting position, lay back then sit back up and repeat. Hope any of these can help if you haven't been doing any of them, but just make sure to use exercises that don't limit the workout to just the upper abs or another section, if so, make sure to compensate it by doing other routines that target them.

When we were playing in office, Shodan asked what I thought about his play, and I told him I really wasn't paying much attention, but I wasn't dying much or was one of the last to die so I didn't have much time to watch. So as the map went on I tried paying more attention to. Issues we found: *He was drilling people through walls at insane ranges (the players shot verified that it was Krusty by checking who damaged them) *I did notice him randomly looking around a lot in areas where you wouldn't need to look around, he wasn't focusing on any one player more like just seeing where everyone was. *He would prefire targets before coming around the corners on them, I could see this happen with a player that is skilled in sound recognition, but the kicker is the people weren't making any sounds to tip him off. *And my little trap for him, I was camping behind a box rarely checked and t after t ran by me, I did not shoot at them or make a sound, and Krusty comes around the box corner prefiring on me. Like Shodan stated, it is sometimes hard to make a definitive decision whether a player is hacking or not. But there's a difference in playing with someone who you know is good, and when you know something is up. And this guy was crooked.

Dunno if I still have it, but I had a screenshot of someone, on the bridge on aztec, who's ankle was caught in between the boards, and they were hanging upside down. It was a really sweet screen and made you respect the additions they have made to the game over the years.

I would suggest double the blinds every 15 minutes, it forces people to play, and it also forces people to muck. A lot of people would stay around for the flop if they could limp in cheap, but when the blinds go up it really gets them thinking about just how good are the 2 cards in their hole. But they are also forced to play because without any winnings you won't be around to see a great deal of blinds if you don't play.

I definitely would not run my machine off power supplied by a backup generator. A majority of generators have a lot of distortion in the voltage, which means it is very bad for electronics.
