I actually PM'd fatty on this as well (I thought he was the trouble maker) Before these modifications, I was using "Ipb Skin Set 1.2 (new)" ... is their anyway we can have this left as the same default? I believe the only 2 changes you made were the banner (which is fine), but the big thing was the background was all made dark. I find it kind of hard to read.

I believe we are missing a wad file for that headshot custom map to, and thanks for taking time to fix this.

Well... was back on there checking out some of the new customs installed, and it crashed again after a few map changes. Shouldnt the server be restarting?

Your really missing out on exp then AK. Why go hunt mobs and get nothing but the loot... when you can pick up quests to kill the mobs. So any extra exp is just a added bonus. IE. Your in the crossraods, your lvl 14-16 and you hunting raptors and anything else that moves. Why not pick up a quest to retrieve raptor eggs, kill them and loot, but while you roam around, kill other mobs as well. That way your still getting your 160-200exp per kill, but after killing 10 or so of those raptors..turn the quest in and get 2000+ exp for doing what you were already doing in the first place. I actually picked up about half a dozen quests and just roamed the area working on them all as I fought.

little more details... We played aim_ak-colt.. map switched to inferno, map was a 7-0 skunk and tried to switch and crashed.

The pics dont do the game justice. Yes the graphics are amazing, but when you get in the game... you'll be blown away by the great job they did with quests, and the content (imo). btw... mages will get nerf'd down a bit if they don't bring all the other classes (except rogue) up to their level.

Well... I scrapped the idea of getting the DAVBC150, mainly because the speakers have a proprietary hookup. I went with another Sony system that has a powered Sub, and more video and audio hookups, so I should be fine with both the tv,dvd, and xbox. Now I just have to pick out a dvd player, which wont be hard. Bean.. I dont think it will matter if the speaks are that high if I have them on a 45 degree angle down toward the seating area? Zap... Great point on the center speaker, I never really thought about that, and I'll have to rethink where I put it. Is it really a good thing to put the speak on the TV?

Thanks for the info guys... it gave me some better insight into it all. Bottom line is I cant afford to spend much, so I'm going to with a lower priced setup, and then down the road (likely when the plasmas are working and priced well) I'll get a better setup. Now the other issue I'm having is setup... My down stairs isnt the best setup for a sound system, because its long, and narrow. So... i can not pull the coach out, and have the speaks behind me, so I'm planning on mounting them on the wall, and angling them down. Here's a few screen shots of my basement (dont mind the mess...we are slowly working on removing wallpaper, carpet, and painting.) On the screen shots I indicated where I'm planning/thinking about putting the 5 speaks, the subwoofer location is still undecided. The big tv is obviously going where the small tv and wall unit is now. I guess my main issue is going to be where to place the rear speakers...

Recently... Butterfly Effect. I really.... really thought this was gonna be a stinker! I was preasantly surprised!. Another movie I didnt really hear of before and saw it on payperview was Spartan (I always enjoy Val Kilmer movies...Top Secret !!! ) ...oh and 13 going on 30. I thought this type of movie had been done soo many times and would likely suck, but it was very well done.
