Day three of my self imposed life long torture to get to an acceptable level of mass.

despite farbs protest I find that a few stalks of brocoli (raw or steamed) and one whole apple and orange(both protested) make a fine filling meal....for a little while. I threw some nuts in there for a snack along with some salsa and chips
but don't mind me I'm still over massed

I am counting calories. I watch what I eat all day, and I have enough left over for a snack at night.
I am sticking to ~2000 calories a day. 500 for breakfast, 500 for lunch and 1000 for dinner and late night snack.
