ok so my comp is shut off for a week(job hunting) and i turn it on again and cant connect to the internet(ip is 0.0.0.0) My old IP was something else, and i knew it, so I tried to tell my computer that my ip was 24.9. so on and so forth....why didnt this work and what will it take to get this thing working again? on my parents comp now, hoping to get some response before tomorrow afternoon when i have a CAL BF1942 match...... any help?

For that price, Sennheisser's are a better deal. well the sony vs Sennheisser debate is more common with the recording artists and studio producers, who demand the highest quality sound. they'll generally go with sony. but for "better deal" yeah sennheisser might be. i just didnt like the durability/comfort drop for the price. sound is always on sonys side.

my favorites but then again, not everyone can afford them( i got really lucky and had the cash layin around). No mic included, but there is a mod of those by sony that has a mic on it. i just use my mic from my monitor (hp mx70)

if anyone believes that AIDS is a curse on homosexuals, they are probably wrong. I cant say, because God didnt tell anyone it was, or wasnt. But I cant see him singling out a certain type of people like that and allowing the said curse to fall to other people....God is loving and just. He seeks out mens souls and hearts, not their damnation. He punishes because it is just to punish those who refuse his love. AIDS may be a punishment, but its for all mankind, not homosexuals.

os: ME mutiple errors for a while now. eventually "my computer" was unopenable. as was control panel, or any folders. only things able to open were programs on desktop. ran factory restore cd. encoutered error when into bios and primary master and primary slave were "none". thats my buddies issue. help? homer. killer. any one. i have free longdsitance and my buddy is rather urgent here....pm me if youre willin to give phone number over pm....

first of all i dont have to jump off a bridge to understand it will most liekly hurt when i hit the bottom. second I did know someone who was lame. He died. Of AIDS. And he died a christian, reformed from his beliefs in his homosexuality. He lived the lame lifestyle, from one end of the spectrum(rampant sex) to the other("life" partner). And he contracted AIDS. He changed his life, because he realized that life gives you justice, if you wont give it to yourself. He needed saving from his sin and found that Jesus had been waiting all along. He gave up the homosexual lifestyle and married a strong woman of God who helped him live the next 10 years of his life in peace and love with God. He died about 6 years ago. *edit* thirdly, it has every thing to do with "religion" or a moral code or a system of rules, since that is how man has always chosen to rules himself. Man needs rules and regualtion. The unruly last for very short periods of history. Even buddhism has rules. Why limit religions to a thoughtless bigotry when we humans have had rules and faith and laws since (and most likely before) recorded history?

My ATI Raedon 9600 XT just fizzled out. I dont remember what the message exactly was but it was something like this... ATI has failed to complete the requested process. To restore graphics settings please restart your comp. So I did. And the graphics(none the monitor just went to standby) didnt ever appear! I just plugged in my old geForce 4 to get something going and the comp restarted and its working in something like safe mode(basically its running lowwest graphics cuz i took the geforce drivers out when installin the ATI). I dont have a freakin clue here. the ATI card was cool(bout room temp) when all this happened and it wasnt running anything outa the ordinary(BF1942). GOT ANY IDEAS?

Ever wanna get rid of anything that isnt quite up to your high standards, let me know. im in the process of settin up a paypal account and would be pleased to peruse the useful stuff you guys throw out.

what about this? i thought it was a cool deal. as far as PSU i got 250 so ill want more whenever i get a new mobo/cpu(which will probably be this summer ) homer your case is probably what im looking for, though will that PSU be enough for, say, this? im seriously considering the 2500+ Barton, but why would i want this if im not gonna overclock? not saying i wont, but im kinda a lover of my PC and dont wanna mess anything up....

so yeah if you ever seel your older cards, gotta let me know....since im not really in the market for this stuff, but would be willing to take your 9800pros and such off your hands....

AMD 2600+ Thouroughbred 512mb PC4000 Kingston DDR-SDRAM 256mb PC2700 crap ddr-sdram asus a7n8x-la mobo maxtor 36 gig hd ATI 9600XT No floppy drive One cd drive(no write, just read) one box fan integrated sound HP mx70 17" monitor(best in the world ) Sony MDR-V600 Headphones(cant find better headphones unless you talk to the martians, and they dont speak l337) crap keyboard microsoft something, optical, three button.... what do i need to upgrade first to get a better performance comp? i was thinking the mobo because my ram is clocked at faster rates than the fsb on my mobo(PC4000 vs PC 2700). but will my cpu then be the bottleneck(i think its a 333fsb as well). BTW HOW WOULD I GO ABOUT CHANGING THE MOBO? but after the mobo, i was thinking about overclocking my cpu....but would that change my fsb? or would that just make the cpu faster? im gonna get another stick of 512 PC4000 Kingston to fulfill the ddr capabillities..... i have the ati 9600xt and really like it. i know i shoulda held out for the 9800pro but i couldnt wait very much longer. my hd is a 4500 rpm pos maxtor. i wanna change that. Western Digital? some day ill get another cd drive, most likely a cdrw something or another.... anyideas?
