  1. For the first test you entered, for example: http://192.168.0.102/index.html For the 2nd test you would enter: http://192.168.0.1/index.html This is only to show that your router is functioning properly and forwarding the request. Strange that the list keeps getting larger. I could see it rebooting and staying the same size...maybe those are needed entries.
  2. Unless those entries are default for some reason. I guess you could try to get a list printed out in case you have to add them back later. When you attempt to do the 2nd test you don't want to get the router configuration page, you want to hit the router IP and have it direct to your web server. Not sure about multiple websites. I assume you only have one web server running on port 80. If you have multiple web servers running they will have to be on different ports.
  3. From the sound of things you have the network setup great. Did you try the tests I posted above? Now, this Index, Protocol, Inside-address:port, Outside-address:port, Foreign-address:port,flgs,expir,state, control an example entry is(there are like 60 or so every time I tell it to list): 1,1,10.0.0.139:1062,63.228.82.131:10001,192.168.1.1:80,1,4,11 Basically this says that any request on 63.228.82.131 on port 10001 is going to be passed to 10.0.0.139 port 1062. The foreign address confuses me tho...You said you got this from someone so I wonder if they had some entries here that are causing you trouble. I can't think of any reason why there would be default entries in here. If you are able to hit your server via the router then I'd look for an entry with the external 63.228.82.131:80 entry and see where it's sending the traffic.
  4. Not sure on the foreign address...I think you should break it down piece by piece to see what works. Make sure it serves a page. Just for giggles lets say your modem external address is 25.0.0.1, internal 192.0.0.1 and your router is 192.0.0.2 and your server is 192.0.0.3 1. From a computer on the same net as your server (both on the 192 network...ex 192.0.0.4) attempt to hit the site on the SERVER IP address (192.0.0.3). If this works then your server is configured properly. 2. Try to hit the site on the DI-604 IP address (192.0.0.2). If this works then your DI-604 is configured properly and the problem is the modem. 3. To test the full deal you might have to use a computer connected to the web via a different connection than what your server is on. It might get all confused trying to, for example, connect to 25.0.0.1 from 25.0.0.1 which your request is stamped with when it exits your network. When you telnet into your modem you want to use the internal address(192.0.0.1). Configuring your modem with a static IP for inside is fine. I had to do this in the past as well because my only other option was for the modem to issue IP's having both the modem and router issue IP's isn't good. Just make sure you use an IP that isn't in the range of IP's for the router to issue. Can you post an example of the "nat list" you get? If you don't want to do that here just PM me or AIM me later tonight (gond214).

    TiVo

Maybe you guys can explain Tivo to me. The Tivo itself has a hard drive in it to store the shows. What is the monthly fee for? See, I'm cheap that way on the monthly fees. I'd be happy to spend a few hundred on the Tivo but...

    New League

I was told to play on the Mmmm server you had to get an "M" tatoo on each nuckle of your right hand and "Ownz" tatoo on the left hand nuckles.
  7. Oh man...there is a wad (I think) where all the sprays are stored. It's one of the files suggested to delete if you are having performance problems. It could be that you have maxed out the sprays you will store and thus are not downloading them anymore and thus can't see them. Anyone know the filename to delete? Search some of the performance forums to find the name...it might help.
  8. First thing is to make sure you have the latest drivers for the card.
  9. Ok, you did this to your modem? "nat create protocol=tcp inside_addr=<address of your router DI-604> inside_port=80 outside_addr=0 outside_port=80" Then "nat save" Then you have to go to our router (DI-604) and open the port on it to your web machine. So, if your router is like mine you will have a table for adding ports. Enter port 80 and have it direct to the IP address of your web server. It will be an inside address. So, the modem will send port 80 traffic to the DI-604 and then the DI-604 will route to the server. It really should be that simple.

    1.6 anyone?

Everyone hated 1.5 when it was beta too.

    Hey

Yea...Blood_Ripper and crew are good guys to play with. We had a scrim against them a few weeks back and it went really well...even split on rounds & lots of good fun.
  12. Gosh...I'll have to be careful. I remember binding a key back in the LC days that said "Damn it Xero!!!" cause he was always killing me. It was a funny joke and we laughed everytime I hit that key...course I had to wait for the next round cause I was dead!!!! I say nasty things to Batman everytime he kills me too...I'd call each time but his wife would yell at me for calling every 15 seconds. Maybe I should stop dying so much. No, there is no real point but I'm tired of working.

  14. I've not worked with the PHP version but you were able to run the equivilant of the "installer.cgi"? If so then I'd assume your paths are correct also. I also assume you did all the chmod things you needed to do. Well, look for me online and I'd be glad to try to help further...aim = gond214.

    SNOW DAY!!!!!!!

We got a delayed start in Dayton...10am. Course I work from home on Monday so that doesn't help me much
  17. Ok, I'm guessing a couple things here. 1. Are you sure the path should include zerodamage.com? Usually paths don't haven the .com...that could just be different than what I'm used to. 2. Is the sources folder under the forums folder? 3. Are the file settings 755 on functions.php?
  18. Yea, if your host supports SQL you can use those for Ikonboard. Not sure how much of a diff there is...in my case I can work with sql easier than the other db's they use. That is what the lunatics board is using.
  19. Oh...Ikonboard is simple to setup...the instructions come with the zip. You have to have some basic UNIX knowledge. Are you able to use mySQL for the database? Get smartFTP for uploading & stuff. Now, upgrading from 3.02 to 3.11 is a pain.
  20. Do we have to go through this again? Anyone who kills Gond hacks!!! YOU ALL HACK!!!!!
  21. Things like AA and interventions only work if the person wants them to work. Yes, if you want to quit drinking AA is a good place to go cause you can get support from people in your same situation. Like anything, forcing people into AA is worthless.
  22. Best part is the little devil on the guys shoulder...course you wouldn't get the effect if you saw it on regular TV.
  23. Well, there are diseases that will remove all the pigment in your skin. I don't think there are any operations that will turn your skin white? I feel kinda sorry for the guy. He was never given a chance to have a "normal" life. Imagine being that popular and that busy at that young age. Not able to just hang around playing games with your friends cause you were always working. Then you become so famous that you can't be seen in public without being mobbed. In most cases you have to say it's their own fault but this is a case where the kid was like 6 years old...he didn't make the decision himself...it was made for him. So, I can see where he would be a bit messed up in the mind. His music is still great tho.
  24. When the site comes back up let me know...I'll give it a shot on our site to see if it's any good.
