if its anything like morrowind, ectoplasm is the stuff left over after you kill a ghost. I think only ghosts drop it. What do it do...not sure.

Nice place. Man I'm a packrat. My place in ES3 in packed from wall to wall. I need to find a mod or two so I can get a bigger place with display racks and cases similar to this. Is there a rotate object option when placing them?

Gamespot just did a performance review on this...basically, if you want to have eye candy at any rez...GF7900 will win out over all. Any midrange card will get destroyed unless you turn off alot of stuff. You can get acceptable frames with these cards 7900GTX SLI X1900XT X1800XT 7900 GTX Every other card they tested is below 30 fps at 1600x1200 max settings This is standard outdoor environment and standard indoor with multiple characters but no combat. At minimum settings (but 1024x768) all cards above 6800GS scored above 100 so you have room to adjust to where you like it. But they mention that if you run the game with Distant Lands turned off that you are only getting about 1/3 of the total beauty of the game. I'm really getting worried that my system wont run it smoothly... ...I'd have to build a new computer just so I could get PCI-x...dang, dont want to think about it.

Actaully they do, if you have Xbox live you can download some specific content...proably released by Beth at first and expandable to popular, quality, and well tested custome user mods. I think you can get the horse armor mod for 360 at this point...can someone verifiy this?

Fellas, Dont forget to post up any good mods you happen to come across and try. Morrowind was vanilla till the moders came along and really made it a great game!

I have 2x512 of the Patriot Memory. Was 150 when I picked it up >1.5 years ago, the timmings were better than the value ram at the same price and darn near close to the high end stuff from Corsair. After I bought the stuff the price jumped 40 bucks (no it wasn't a sale or rebate) and they had a hard time keeping it in stock. Ran Memtest with no errors, detected advertised timmings on install, and came with heat spreaders. They run great, and I've never gotten a BSoD since I built my rig.

Good quality mods made by developers for a few bucks here and a few bucks there. I'd hope that you could d/l as many times as you want if you purchase it. $100 and one formated hard drive later..."whadaya mean I gotta pay again!?" If I'm correct...whenever you use an enchanted item's abilities then your Enchant skill increases. So perhaps because you have a higher enchant skill that you're better able to utilize the nifty abilities of your stuff??? <Bumbling sorcerer points wand at tree> Sorcerer: FIREBOLT!!!! <Wand shakes violently and requires the dude to grab hold with both hands...just as a spark of light radiates from the tip he hears> Wand: "BURP!!!!" <Smoke fizzles out of wand tip> <Master Sorcerer grabs wand out of pupil's hand points it at tree> Master: "pfft" <tree explodes....master smacks pupil across back of head>

We have a Bestbuy and a Gamestop just a little over an hour away. I've had no reason to do the traveling and spend about $34 dollars on a $50 game. Once again, I'm patiently buying my time, and whinning about it in the mean time. I'll be making the drive this weekend so if it doesn't come in by then....yoink!

Still playing Morrowind (and re-adicting myself to it), still waiting on Walmart to get Oblivion in, still trying to explain to my wife why I've been playing for 12 hours at a time....the last one aint goin so well. <shrug>
