I never pre-order, mainly because of details and garbage. Besides, games usually never sell out in my neck of the woods in the first couple days.

I also wanna wait and see if the collectors edition is even worth getting.

"September 17, 2004 - Blizzard announced today the World of Warcraft Collector's Edition, the contents of which should please anyone looking forward to the game. In addition to offering the game in both CD and DVD versions, you get Art of World of Warcraft, a "200+ page hardcover art book," a behind the scenes DVD, signed manual, official soundtrack on CD, cloth maps, a 10-day "guest pass" to give to a friend, and an "exclusive" in-game pet. The pets are non-combat animals you can purchase all over the game world, and they currently include cats, parrots, owls, and snakes. These are different from the pets owned by the Hunter player class, which fight alongside them and can be tamed rather than purchased."
