Rashad April 4, 2005 Share Rashad Member April 4, 2005 Just played frisbee golf for the first time. My campus has a brand new 12-hole course, playing with the guys was a blast. I got progressively better towards the end, and then I hit a car lol.
Rashad April 5, 2005 Author Share Rashad Member April 5, 2005 I'm trying to get my friends to play at night with glow-in-the-dark frisbees, now thats gonna be a challenge.
Brillow_Head April 5, 2005 Share Brillow_Head Member April 5, 2005 I was always more of an ultimate frisbee player myself. I loved being on defense when others jumped up to grab the frisbee, I'd tuck in my arm and nail them and knee height...
Rashad April 5, 2005 Author Share Rashad Member April 5, 2005 I always seem to get injured when I play ultimate, either rolling my ankle or getting knocked out of the air by people like YOU.

Rashad April 6, 2005 Author Share Rashad Member April 6, 2005 (edited) It's a 12-hole on campus course, about 95% completed. The best thing of all it's free. We play all but one of the holes par three. Edited April 6, 2005 by Rashad

Rashad April 6, 2005 Author Share Rashad Member April 6, 2005 It's almost exactly like golf except you throw small frisbee into a five foot tall contraption thats stuck in the ground. I'm not sure what it's called but it's basicly a pole in the ground with a net hanging off of it... some one help me out here.....

Primus April 10, 2005 Share Primus Member April 10, 2005 (edited) I have a friend of mine that actually designs the courses for frisbee golf. He has won tons of trophy's and been in a lot of leagues around the contry. Not real easy to master although you may think so. Here try some of these links http://www.discnation.com/ http://www.discfly.com/ http://www.pdga.com/ They reall get into this!!! Batman September 15, 2005 Share Batman Member September 15, 2005 We have a frisbee golf course called White Water here in Cincinnati as well.. The one closest to me is at Woodland Mound Park on the Ohio River, I used to ride my bike/moped there about every day.. I was telling Rashad that one day I went to woodland mound and they were changing the course around to make the holes all par 5. That weekend they had a pro tourney there and I came to watch. The pro's didnt throw the disk down the fairway, they rolled it!!!! They took a running start and had the disk over there head with there thumb and index finger and flung it sideways into the ground, and it went straight down the fairway.. WILD.. My cousin hosts tourneys here in Cincinnati and now in Hawaii, he moved there to be with his brother in the navy..
