configs?

(edited)

many many moons ago i spent the time crafting a config mix using old world tradition and contemporary cuisine. 4 formats later, i seem to have misplaced that work of art. so, what after market cfgs are yall using. improving your framerate, reduce choke, etc?

part curiosity, part envy.

looks like i'm going to enjoy a slow holiday weekend. i'll add mine this evening.

that's an insane config. i ran it, and have a cruising altitude of 99fps. i can't seem to find my choke, either. it strips away a lot (or all) of the pretty visuals in the game, but things seem to be 200% more accurate. you stare at the your water reflections, i'll ak your melon while running way over yonder.

i owe you a beer m2.

Yeh, I tried that config out and it runs OK.

But how do I restore everything back to default?

The new config made me pretty dizzy :spin2: after the first half hour or so and after an hour of playing I wanted to throw up. :o

So how bout doing me a big favor guys and telling me how to undo all this. :twitch:

Delete the config file and it should make a new default one.

If you want to test a bunch of settings like these ones put them in a autoexe config or another config file you can call through the console. That way you can just delete that file, restart your game and it will be back to your old settings.

Or in the future, just make a backup copy of you original config file. So you can jump right back to it if you don't like your new settings. Or Just rename it config1 and leave it where it's at. :peace:
