Your supposed to change cl_interp to your ping, so if you ping 50 you'd put it to cl_interp 0.05. Thats supposed to me the most accurate. I use cl_interp 0.01 and have cl_interpolate at 0.0 myself. It lingers on your comp if you enter a CSP 1.1 certified server (or whatever it is called) It stays locked until you restart css or steam, forgot which.
