Could be that only some people are frozen, I don't know how that would work though, or how to fix it. Lunk's says he hasn't played since Sunday, but when I looked at a few other people, it had recorded their connection as of two hours ago. Maybe they were frozen from Sunday until I restarted them last night? Have you played since say Midnight EST last night?
