Warmup Timer now active

For those of you whose connectiong might not be as fast as the some of us and are tired of missing pistol rounds or getting in late, this may be good news for you! We've enabled the warmup timer on the server as of today.

 

What this does is set a 15 second countdown at the mapchange after which the round will restart. We may adjust this as time goes on but for now we'll use 15 seconds.
