There doesn't appear to be any real reviews available on it but I would beware at that price. Probably likely to have dead pixels or some "deflated" actual response time number. I have a Samsung Syncmaster 930B monitor and I love this thing to death. Dell has great monitors too. Though you could be posting this cause it is just super cheap.
