Play on Very Hard fallout

There's no real point in Hard or Normal, they're waaaaay too easy (unless you're a 100% unarmed, then I would recommend Hard).

I'm playing on the PC and I never saw the option to choose difficulty level. Course I didn't know about the pip-boy light either. (needed to throw that in so no one else would remind me )

 

Nevermind I just found it. Why would they make a RPG you could shift on the fly? So I'm at lvl 3 right now on a 2nd game, what would change if i went to very hard right now?

I think you could change the difficulty level "on the fly" in Oblivion as well
